How LJ Studios Works...

There are lots of options to get into pilates and find the right sessions for you. Here's a walk through of the your options at LJ Studios and how I can support your to achieve your goals, reduce pain or simply get moving!

When you've worked out which stage you're at, head to 'book your session' to select the right option for you.

1. Start where you are.

The easiest first steps are to book into a beginners class OR book a 1-1 FREE 15 minute call to discuss why you want to get into pilates and how I can best support you!

This is perfect if you're new, nervous or in pain.

2. Get Tailoured Support

A 1-1 session can be a good starting point to address any focussed goals, identify and work on your pain or give you the confidence to go into a class.

These sessions allow you to build strength and confidence with guidance specifically for you, whether it be a one off session, monthly or weekly, there's no pressure!

3. Stay Consistent

Join weekly classes that suit you! Staying consistent with your sessions is key to seeing changes to your physical and mental health!

And if you're struggling or have questions, there's always the option to book a 1-1 session to check in and catch up.

4. Stay Connected

Join my mailing list to keep up to date with new classes, free member content (FREE classes and pilates guides!!).
